Joel is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Ordained Pastor who is drawn to helping individuals and families with a hurting heart. His compassionate, therapeutic approach creates an atmosphere for couples and families to talk to move beyond a relationship of hurt and pain to one that is strong with deep emotional connection. His years of counseling as a pastor has afforded him to work effectively with all personality types and has given him discernment to go to the core of the problem.

 

His specialty area is working with blended families who are in conflict and struggle to communicate effectively. He is also focused on individuals and couples who feel stagnant or are having difficulty with life transition, parenting, conflict resolution, grief, and boundaries.
